Kenneth P. Wurtenberger has been actively involved as a real estate developer’s attorney in Florida since 1973. He has owned and operated law firms and title companies, has been in-house counsel for a 1,250 acre residential/hotel commercial real estate development in the Fort Lauderdale area, and has represented builders in the development, construction and sales of single family home developments.
Mr. Wurtenberger currently represents real estate developers specializing in the construction and leasing of banks, restaurants, pharmacies and other retail users. He is the attorney for mixed use projects and multi-family developments.
Mr. Wurtenberger has been designated as “Dealmaker of the Year” by the Daily Business Review. He is currently on the advisory board for Nova Southeastern University Wayne Huizinga School of Business Master’s Program for Real Estate Development.
