Scott Hyman


Scott is a member of the Community Association, Club and Resort Practice Group, the Real Estate Practice Group, and the Litigation Division. He provides counsel to and represents condominium, homeowners and cooperative associations in all aspects of community association law, assisting board members with day-to-day operations, budgetary issues, corporate governance, contract review and drafting, covenant enforcement, and management and developer relations. In his Litigation practice, Scott focuses his practice on commercial and real estate disputes, including the areas of construction, contract disputes, and compliance with state and local regulations.

Additionally, Scott was appointed to the Delray Beach Code Enforcement Board by the City Commission, where he is responsible for adjudicating allegations of City code violations.

As a proud Double Gator, Scott attended both college and law school at the University of Florida where he earned Cum Laude honors for both degrees, and graduated in the top 15% of his graduating law school class.

Scott was born and raised in South Florida. He is active in the community, holding membership in numerous organizations, including the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar and the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County.
